Initial Comments:
An onsite follow up and State re-licensure survey completed October 11, 2023, found that Tinder Touch Healthcare Services, Llc had corrected the deficiencies cited under PA Code, Title 28, Health and Safety, Part IV, Health Facilities, Subpart H, Chapter 611, Home Care Agencies and Home Care Registries.
The deficiencies were cited as a result of a complaint investigation and state license survey completed October 12, 2022, a follow up and re- license survey completed March 15, 2023 and a follow up and re- license survey completed May 25, 2023.
